Frequently Asked Questions
What
age do I have to be to participate?
Senior Games serves people 55 years of age and

with the NC Division of Aging and Parks and Recreation organizations.

can I become a participant?

spring.
Individuals who participate in local games may qualify for State
Finals, which is held in the fall. Details on qualifying can be

for the
arts.
