| Thank you
so much to all the Volunteers that helped make 2009 State Finals a huge
success! Please check back in a few months for 2010 State Finals
Volunteer Registration.
State Finals is an exciting and large event. With
3000+ participants,
State Finals needs over 900 volunteers to help coordinate all
68
activities. Whatever your specialty or area of interest, there is
a volunteer position for you. We would be delighted to have
you
as a State Finals volunteer. Please invite your friends and
family
to come with you!
During the Fall of each year, qualifiers from the 54
Local Senior Games
gather to compete against the “best of the best” in the
state.
Click on Local Senior
Games to choose a qualifying site for 2010! Qualifiers must
complete
a State Finals Entry Form and it must be received be August 1st.

Note: If you will be a
participant,
you may also be a volunteer in your activity. We will simply put
you in a position that helps other age/sex groups (i.e. not
your
competition category).
“I wish
there were
5,6,7 or 8 of me because I would volunteer for everything! I was
so inspired by the level of energy the seniors have. I hope and
pray
that I make it to their ages and have the health and looks and strength
they do. It was a wonderful experience and I’m so, so glad that
they
are willing to share it with us.”

Bazemore,
State Finals Volunteer
“ I look
forward
to working at the State Finals again. It was inspiring to see the
seniors play and compete all day…even in the rain they never
complained!
I don’t think that I have ever participated in anything I have ever
enjoyed
more. Thanks for all the good work your organization does and for
letting me be a small part of it."
