State Finals Event Manager Help Section
Staffing Plan by Event - The Staffing Plan Forms are in alpha order by activity. Please scroll through them to retrieve the information for your activity. You will be able to print just the pages that relate to your event in the print options screen when you click on print. We have filled in the names of confirmed volunteers and staff so that you do not recruit volunteers for those slots. “Confirmed” means we have received a brochure from them and sent them a confirmation. Put an arrow (>) by any remaining day/time slots for specific positions that you want to recruit for…so we do not fill that slot with “just anyone”. The arrows (>) mean that YOU prefer to recruit for that position and NCSG will not do so…are they correct? The asterisks (*) indicate skilled positions. Some positions may need both symbols. We need your help quickly as we are using these daily. Please check the quantity and let us know as soon as possible if you need additional volunteers. If you see “rules” at the top, we will send all volunteers copies of the rules for your event. All NCSG rules are also available on the NCSG web site.
Event Manager Names, Shirt Size, Phone/Fax Numbers, Addresses and Email - This report is sorted alpha by event then last name. Please look for your information and make sure that all information is correct.
Equipment Request Forms by Event - Equipment Request Forms are in alpha order by activity. Please scroll through them to retrieve the information for your activity. You will be able to print just the pages that relate to your event in the print options screen when you click on print. The "How Get" column literally refers to how you, as an Event Manager, can expect to obtain your equipment. If it says "box", you will receive it in the box that you pick up from Lake Johnson Pool. If it says "fac", the facilities committee will be posting and/or delivering it to you. Make notes if you do not need equipment items listed or if there are items missing from the list.
Signage Request Forms by Event - Signage Request Forms are in alpha order by activity. Please scroll through them to retrieve the information for your activity. You will be able to print just the pages that relate to your event in the print options screen when you click on print. The "How Get" column literally refers to how you as an Event Manager can expect to obtain your signs. If it says "box", you will receive it in the box that you pick up from Lake Johnson Pool. Please post any signs that are in your box. If it says "fac", the facilities committee will be setting it up and/or delivering it to you. The "How Display" column literally describes how to display your signs. Make notes if you do not need signs listed or if there are signs missing from the list, or if the signs should be displayed in a different manner.
Event Diagrams - Diagrams are not in one continuous format like the above forms. Therefore, all you have to do is click on your event to see the diagram for your event.
