May 4: State Finals Registration Opens

September 1: Cancellation Deadline & last day to change partner (except as noted)
September 25: Disc Golf & Golf Cancellation Deadline
October 9: Pickleball Tournament cancellation deadline
TBD: Basketball Tournament cancellation deadline
Refund requests must be made in writing (email or USPS) and received by the cancellation deadline. For complete cancellations, a $20 processing fee for individuals and a portion of the team fee ($35 for Basketball, $85 for Softball) is nonrefundable.

State Finals T-Shirt Information
Shirts must be ordered by August 1 and will be mailed to all participants by August 21. Shirts cannot be canceled for a refund after August 7 and NCSG is not responsible for postage for returned shirts.
