North Carolina Senior Games (NCSG) began in 1983 with a vision to create a year-round health promotion and wellness education program for adults 55 years of age and better (the age is now 50+).
State Finals is North Carolina Senior Games’ state championship for more than 70 sports and arts activities. Since the inaugural State Finals in 1985, this event has become a celebration in the truest sense of the word. Participants & volunteers showcase their talents, enjoy being active, renew old skills and learn new ones. Perhaps most important of all, it exemplifies the Spirit of Senior Games as it joins people of all ages in the Senior Games Family.
Qualifiers from Local Games are invited to participate in the annual Senior Games State Finals held every fall. Every two years the State Finals winners qualify for the National Senior Games.

Sept. 1: Cancellation Deadline & last day to change partner (except as noted)
Sept. 23: Disc Golf, Golf, & Softball Tournament Cancellation Deadline
Oct. 4: Pickleball Tournament cancellation deadline
Oct. 21: Basketball Tournament cancellation deadline

State Finals T-Shirts
State Finals shirts are available for sale when you register for State Finals or on Blank Slate Savannah’s website (link coming soon!). Shirts must be ordered by August 4, and will be mailed by August 21. Shirts cannot be canceled for a refund after August 4.
