Local Games Revisions & Sanctioning
2027 Sanctioning Application Now Available (DUE September 1)
The 2027 Sanctioning Application and Packet is now combined and in one document that is available! It is available as a Fillable pdf that can be saved to your computer and typed or printed and written on.
Local Games must submit a completed Sanctioning Application along with the sanctioning fee to NCSG by the September 1 deadline. Applications received after September 1 but before September 5 will incur a $50 late fee. NCSG reserves the right to withdraw sanctioning or place a Games on provisional status at any time if a Local Games fails to comply with any components outlined in the Policies and Responsibilities of a Local Senior Games.
No applications will be accepted after September 5.
Please review the important updates below before completing your submission:
1. Signature Requirements
Major Coordinating Organization (MCO) signatures are no longer required.
The only required signatures are from the Coordinator, Co-Coordinator, Events Director & SilverArts Coordinator. (NOTE: Signatures can be typed. By typing your name, you are providing your consent and agreement as an electronic signature.)
2. Contacts to Revise & Activities to Revise
These documents are not required if there are no changes for 2027.
If you do have updates, please print the revised pages and submit them with your application. Use red ink for all edits (preferred).
